My work reflects my passion for both classical and contemporary mosaic forms; and I use a wide range of material including broken china and found objects. I've a weakness for rummaging in car boot sales and flea markets and love giving broken or discarded items a new lease of life. I am largely self-taught but have been lucky to study mosaic with some excellent teachers, including Erica Bibbings, Emma Biggs and Sonia King. I am member of the British Association for Modern Mosaic and Contemporary Mosaic Art. I am happy to talk about commissions if you have a particular idea – or something precious you would like bought back to life in a new form.
