I have always been fascinated by archaeology, especially the ancient cultures of the Mediterranean. I obtained a BA in Ancient Cultures and Social Life from Lund University in 2022 and an MA in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History from the same institution in 2024. Both of my final theses reflected my previous career as a graphic designer and mosaic artist, combining iconographic and semiotic studies of mosaics. Over the years, I have pursued several diverse creative directions. My work spans scenography, commercials, and collaborative projects, including co-authoring two handbooks—one of which focuses specifically on mosaics. That initial spark ignited my passion for the medium, leading me to work as a mosaic artist and eventually guiding me toward my academic path.
