Speakers
ArtUK is a cultural education charity which believes in democratising access to art through their digital platform. They are currently documenting street and public art around the UK, and will share more detail of this ambitious 3-year project. BAMM is keen to make sure that this includes as many mosaics as possible; and that these are fully documented. Members can contribute the details of public mosaics that they know of, including the location, the artist, the materials and approximate size. See more about Art Uk here: https://artuk.org/
Oliver Budd will talk about the ‘Budd process’, its successes and difficulties and trials and tribulations of working with his father Kenneth. See more here: www.buddmosaics.co.uk

Walking Tour
A short walk between the two venues in Newport, will provide an exclusive opportunity to experience the Newport Underpass Mosaics in person and to witness both the technical mastery and the playful characters that personify this installation. The walk will be led by Oliver Budd and Steph Roberts who will talk us through the delights of the mosaics.
Evening Social Event
There will be an opportunity to continue to enjoy time with your BAMM friends at an evening event. Your ticket to this will include food and music, provided by a local band. Please note there will be no bar, you are welcome to bring your own drinks.
