Natural/Unnatural BAMM 20th Anniversary Members' Exhibition

Saturday, October 5, 2019 to Sunday, October 13, 2019

BAMM is Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.

As part of the celebrations we are holding a members only exhibition alongside the 2019 BAMM Forum in York.

The exhibition is entitled Natural/Unnatural.

This exhibition will be held at the The Stained Glass Centre, St. Martin’s Church, Micklegate, York YO1 6LN.

The Exhibition will also feature 20 mosaics by members of the German mosaic association, Deutsche Organisation für Mosaikkunst (DOMO).

20 BAMM pieces will be chosen from the exhibition to accompany the DOMO work to an exhibition in London, to be held in November in the Belfry Gallery, 200 Cambridge Heath Road, Bethnal Green E2 9PA.

Information for Submissions

2D mosaics should be no larger than 1 metre square, including the framing. 3D work is welcome.

Submission cost is £20 per mosaic and any sales will be subject to 20% commission. 

Submission fees should be paid through Eventbrite.

Please include the following details with your mosaic.  The details should be in an envelope taped to the outside of your parcel and emailed to Nicky Tudor

( by September 27th.

50 word (max) comment on your mosaic.
Any business cards, flyers or promotional information to assist with sales, should be sent with your mosaic.

The exhibition will run from 5th to 13th October and will be taken down on the evening of 13th October.

There will be a jury selecting the 20 pieces by BAMM members to go to London.  Any of these that are sold in York, will be despatched to their new owners after the exhibition in London.

If your work doesn't sell and you cannot pick it up from York on the Forum weekend, please make arrangements to have it collected from the above address in Sheffield during the following week or provide postage and adequate packaging, so that it can be posted back to you. (Instructions on how to provide postage if necessary, will be sent by email to you nearer the time.)
